Human Resource Manager

Responsibilities

  • Leading the HR Team by delegating and assigning tasks. 
  • Ensure compliance with all legal regulations regarding HR, e.g. payroll, taxation, hiring, and termination.
  • Be a service provider to all stakeholders within and outside the company (employees, line managers, sen-ior management, local authorities etc.).
  • Develop and maintain staffing and hiring plan to determine staffing and hiring needs with senior manage-ment and departments. 
  • If overstaffed, develop action plan to reduce staff, ensure EO compliance.
  • Coordinate and direct recruiting and staffing to ensure timely fill of all open positions: work with staffing agencies, select platforms and ways to advertise open position, review and preselect CVs, forward suitable candidates to department heads, schedule, conduct and evaluate interviews, involve head hunters
  • Supervise payroll, ensure all necessary information is provided to external payroll service. 
  • Review and update employee handbook.
  • Ensure a stable workforce:
  • Conduct and evaluate exit intervies; take measures, if necessary.
  • Address urgent matters immediately, especially if legal timeframes can apply. Seek support from senior management if necessary.
  • Maintain training und qualification matrix; develop annual training plan with department managers. Monitor and follow up on training plan during the year.
  • Ensure ITAF 16949 compliance.
  • Monitor company image as an employer, if necessary define and implement employer branding measures. 
  • Accompany and support organizational development projects, e.g. restructuring. Ensure that all documen-tation is updated (e.g. job descriptions, org chart, payroll base data)
  • Develop new and review and improve existing HR processes to improve service provision to all HR stake-holders.
  • Review performance of employees according to process. 
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by senior management.

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 10 years experience with HR
  • Experience in Automotive Industry

Quality Manager

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and supervise all aspects of the division: CMM, claims, CAQ (Babtec), sorting and 100% con-trols, incoming goods inspection 
  • Ensure adherence to IATF 16949 and ISO 9001, further develop processes and procedures to ensure fu-ture adherence, incl. 3rd party audits (prepare, accompany, review results and define measures accord-ingly)
  • Ensure good capacity utilization of the CMM
  • Plan, execute, and review internal audits
  • Prepare, accompany, and review customer and audits, incl. visits to costumers
  • Prepare execute and review supplier audits, incl. visits to suppliers 
  • Perform the following tasks, if needed: compile PPAP for customer and check and release supplier PPAP (incl. IMDS), complaint Management with BABTEC, incl. systematic root cause analysis, perform weld seam, coating thickness and surface tension analysis, create and modify FMEA (Failure Method Effect Analysis), create and modify Quality control plans, release production after performing necessary quality checks, write quality check procedures for production (also in BABTEC), support employees if they need help (measuring parts or performing BABTEC checks)
  • Communicate with senior management, production, tool & die, and logistics regarding claims and quality issues. 
  • Lead supervisors; support and monitor them in leading their employees. Seek support from HR or senior management, if needed. Ensure enforcement of policies and procedures. Work with HR on the KPIs absenteeism and turnover and ensure accuracy and on-time data:
  • Review performance of employees according to process.
  • Optimize processes and procedures.
  • Ensure quality employees are trained and qualified for the job they are performing. 
  • Conduct process analysis (to release processes and tools for serial production)
  • Establishes maintenance procedures (in collaboration with other departments)
  •  Maintain and control the physical condition of the department (including 5S)
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by senior management.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 10 years experience in quality within the automotive industry
  • Good knowledge of IATF 16949

Production Manager

Responsibilities

  • Ensure and monitor production processes are designed and executed to produce highest quality.
  • Communicate with production control in regards to production schedule as needed and ensure production schedule is adhered to.
  • Communicate with senior management regarding production problems and daily throughput and per shift
  • Lead department heads; support and monitor them in leading their employees. Seek support from HR or senior management, if needed. Ensure enforcement of policies and procedures. Work with HR on the KPIs absenteeism and turnover and ensure accuracy and on-time date: 
  • Review performance of employees according to process. 
  • Optimize process and procedures.
  • Ensure production employees are trained and qualified for the job they are performing. 
  • Support HR during hiring process
  • Support maintenance procedures
  • Coordinate with machine manufacturers regarding machine issues, productivity, service and mainte-nance.
  • Supervise production projects, e.g. installation of equipment 
  • Plan & coordinate PTO for department heads taking in consideration the companies needs.
  • Fill-in in absence of department heads during absences. 
  • Other related duties as assigned by senior management.


Minimum Requirements

  • 10 years of leadership experience within the automotive industry
  • Technical expertise in stamping, welding and forming

Area Manager Assembly Production

Responsibilities

  • Supervises all department employees (especially shift leaders) by delegating work orders, monitoring the quality and quantity of work and supports instruction / training of employees on all work-related proce-dures.
  • Ensure and monitor, that production processes are designed and executed to produce highest quality and performance
  • Communicate with production control regarding production schedule as needed and ensure production schedule is adhered to.
  • Communicate with production management and senior management regarding production problems and daily throughput per shift
  • Lead shift leaders; support and monitor them in leading their employees. Seek support from HR or senior management, if needed. Ensure enforcement of policies and procedures. Work with HR on the KPIs below and ensure accuracy and on-time date: 
  • Review performance of employees according to process. 
  • Optimize process and procedures.
  • Ensure production employees are trained and qualified for the job they are performing. 
  • Initiate and supervise optimization of machine settings and processes if results are not satisfactory
  • Supervise new equipment installation projects in production are 
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by senior management.


Minimum Requirements

  • 5 years of leadership experience within manufaturing, automotive industry preferred
  • Experience in welding, laser welding and forming

Production Controller

Responsibilities

  • Be first point of contact for all customers regarding serial parts.
  • Build, maintain, and improve customer relations. 
  • Monitor and review demands for deliveries and delivery schedules. Contact costumer as soon as bottlenecks, irregularities or implausibility are detected. Inform management immediately. 
  • Plan production orders according to customer calls for delivery and delivery schedules, considering machine capacity, material availability, tool availability, and allover production time. 
  • Create production orders in SAP. Communicate with production, tool & die shop, and purchasing daily regarding production plan and production orders.
  • Provide priorities to tool & die shop to ensure production capabilities. 
  • Decide on optimum batch sizes to reduce tool change overs and excess stock.
  • Support direct purchasing to ensure supportive supply chain regarding e.g. surface treatment, coils, parts needed for assembly).
  • Oversee the accuracy of inventory records and implement actions if necessary
  • Work on the following KPIs with production, purchasing and logistics: On-time-deliveries, material in stock, finished goods inventory, production machine availability
  • Verify data entered by shop floor is correct.
  • Develop and maintain effective processes in his/her area of responsibility, identify areas of improvement and takes action accordingly.
  • Supports and enforces the accurate record keeping of goods produced.
  • Other related duties as assigned by senior management. 


Minimum Requirements

  • Previous production planning experience in a metal processing industry desired
  • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), SAP knowledge preferred
  • Ability to handle high stress situations on a regular basis
  • Highly organized with the ability to handle, manage, and manipulate large amounts of data.
  • Cordial personality
  • Ability to walk long distances multiple times a day to check on production processes, inventory levels, and logistics activities.
  • Ability to lift and move smaller storage containers (up to 25 lbs)


Process Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Analyze production processes, material flows, and logistics processes by being hands-on on the shop floor.
  • Suggest improvements to processes to e.g. increase output, shorten cycle times, reduce use of material, reduce wear out of equipment, reduce scrap, reduce overall costs, increase reliability and availability of equipment.
  • Collect, analyze and present data to support suggestions for improvement. 
  • Assess feasibility and costs of improvements, including obtaining quotes for materials, equipment, etc.
  • Set up tests of improvements independently and / or together with tool & die, maintenance, and production.
  • Seek support from tool & die, maintenance, or production if necessary.
  • Evaluate test result and make necessary adjustments.
  • Act as a project leader and project owner to coordinate the implementation approved changes / improvements.
  • Document changes and adapt existing documentation. 
  • Monitor implemented changes and verify whether target is achieved, if not take necessary action. 
  • Work closely with production and logistics to identify areas of improvement. 
  • Support with planning and installation of new equipment, e.g. regarding layout, material flow, operator ergonomic. 
  • Other related duties as assigned by senior management. 


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience within manufacturing, ideally medium-sized enterprises
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry
  • Good project management skills
  • Familiarity with stamping, welding, forming and laser welding
  • Self-driven and well organized personality
  • Hands-on
