Stamping Technology

With our state-of-the art and multifunctional production facilities we are able to handle materials up to 6mm thickness and 800mm width, in variable lengths by using transfer-technology.

Our machine inventory comprises a Haulick & Roos automatic stamping press with 400t pressing force and a Schuler / Muller Weingarten transfer-press with 800t pressing force. Our newest machines are equipped with efficient and state-of-the-art servo technology.

Our stamping presses use combination tools as well as progressive compound tools, which we design and test in the construction and tool-making departments in Germany and in close cooperation with our customers.
